So in theory, Sun is our core inner persona and Ascendant is how we present ourselves in the world. I have a problem with this definition because it implies that you cannot be the same person inside and outside, or seen for who you are at the core.

(My Sun rules my Asc and opposes it, so I have hard time fully grasping the difference).

How do your Ascendant and Sun characterize you? How do you interpret transits to the Asc vs Sun?

They are all so relevant.
The way I make sense of it is everything going on, on the inside make me who I am on the outside.
