Topic: 12th house YEAR? Anyone familiar with this?

Greetings! (: We are a few weeks away from Spring!
The new generation of Astrology "nerds" makes me nervous when I'm on Twitter (excuse me, X) reading their posts. As a most recent example, someone mentioned a 12th HOUSE YEAR? Grouping it with our Saturn Return.
I've been studying Astrology literally since I was 10 years old and have been on this forum and others under a different username and have never heard of this.
I immediately became intrigued because I recently checked my own current/ upcoming transits and there's A LOT of 12th house energy brewing.
The year of letting go? the gist of what I skimmed on google before creating this post. Anyone familiar with it?

After using google, I'm assuming so and I stand corrected.. maybe. I couldn't find any information on what to look for in terms of transits and progressions when trying to determine our current profection year.
Is it just when a massive load of transits are hitting a particular house?

All I did my last 12th house profection year was waffle between writing more short stories, or not. Nothing big happened. I lost weight that year, but Saturn was also transiting my 1st house for a few months. Nothing life-damaging, or scarring, just inner transformation, and a bit of burnout!------------------

If I understand properly, you mean our "personal 12th" house.
(Example) if we have Cancer there, it would be the cancer sign and endings or if it were Taurus the Taurus facets. This wouldn't be 12th/Pisces would it? Interesting though I may not be effected by this anytime soon. If so I'm a long way from endings, perfections as this study might speak of. IP: Logged |

We apparently cycle through them every twelve years. I can’t remember if 2022 or 2023 was my 12th. 2022 was so difficult, and the beginning months of 2023 were equally horrifying. It was a bad end. I think each profection starts on your birthday, like a solar return. Google told me a different time lord takes over. 2023 birthday I thought I might be easing into a better year, until one of my teeth shattered in half. I’d been waking up with my teeth clenched for over a year. Maybe two. Then my dad lost the safe route he had, on his birthday. I don’t know what his profection year was. I might be on profection year 3 now? I’m a part of a few good communities online. Someone who was ****** to me last Summer, is being nice to me now. IP: Logged |
