What is the maximum orb for this aspect? I have it at 3 degrees 28 minutes(applying). Do you think it applies or it is too large an orb?

Is it transit Mars on Pluto? Or transit Pluto on Mars?

I am different and have come with my own rules (from experience).

The former is a shorter transit and requires a a tighter orb(3 orb). The latter is a longer lasting one (a wider orb of as much as 6).

That one applies. The orb is not too wide. I have used a wider orb for interpretations.
