What shows which part of ourselves we didn't achieve in past lives, in a chart ? 12th house ? retrograde planets ? the 12th house ruler placement ?For example : Leo in 12th house (or Sun in 12th house) shows a lack of success (or self accomplishment) in past lives ? On the contrary, South Node shows gifts from past lives ? IP: Logged |

The South Node is more than one past life, because to obtain a trait, I bet it takes at least four lifetimes, or something! The 12th house is more your immediate past life, but there's residual karma, from the past here, so maybe the 12th house is plural past lives, or plural past life energies, in some sense? For me, Leo in the 12th, might have meant, in your previous, past life, you got a lot of attention. It could have been as simple as you being very popular in many friend groups, in that particular lifetime. Or, it was more of a lighthearted, and child-like, lifetime than other lifetimes. At best, you were a King, or Queen, in your previous, immediate, past life. ------------------ Happiness is easy to find. IP: Logged |

So, I was a Pisces in my last life, and I've been learning to be an Aries?IP: Logged |

Kind of. You might have had a life, that lifetime, that was very Pisces-flavored. Like maybe it was a very dreamy lifetime. Or maybe even depressing, because Pisces can be related to depression. Perhaps you were a poet. Perhaps you loved your isolation (Pisces/12th house). Or, perhaps you were someone lived by the ocean (Pisces). It could be a billion things. It doesn't necessarily mean that you were a Pisces/Sun in Pisces. Or, maybe you just had some Pisces quality, to you, in that lifetime. Like some personality traits! ------------------ Happiness is easy to find. IP: Logged |

"What shows which part of ourselves we didn't achieve in past lives, in a chart ?"One thing, I think, is a retrograde planet, or planets. Yes. It feels like unfinished business. ------------------ Happiness is easy to find. IP: Logged |

I think we have thousands of lives. I don't think I was popular in my past lives, according to a psychic I had hard lives, or simples lives… In my chart : 12th house in Cancer, South Node in Leo in 12th house. I think that Leo sign doesn't necessarily make someone be popular and powerful. Leo means "one's own ego and the will to succeed" (or something), but the ego can fail and the success can be small. I don't really know if that if I explain that clearly. I mean that Leo means "how you deal with your ego", and not necessarily "someone being successful". IP: Logged |

Yes probably… Retrograde planets show unresolved business. Thanks IP: Logged |

I’ve been thinking about these things a lot but I can only comment based on my chart and personal insights. In my case I came to a conclusion that challenging aspects in a chart may point to unresolved issues from past lives, in addition to south node. BUT, I don’t know how much that can be generalized to any challenging aspects because in my case it’s a T-square involving planets that conjunct nodes that holds clues about my past lives. I remember some lives (not completely, but few important things). They definitely resonate with this T-square that I have (Chiron apex, moon+NN, Venus+SN). Even if nodes were not involved, I imagine configurations like this point strongly to some experiences we need to resolve - and whatever they are, they might have roots in past lives. IP: Logged |

Yes, actually I think that many placements in our chart are gifts, qualities, flaws and karma we got from past lives… Maybe not all. But some of them. Then a T Square is probably karmic, especially with tight orbs. (I should also add that first of all we are souls that experience an astrological chart, we are not the chart itself.) thanks for you reply. I have a very karmic placement in my chart : Moon opposite Pluto retrograde. and Moon is my 12 house ruler. This is karmic for sure. but the orb is 5°, but still I think it is karmic, especially as it is my only one opposition (I have another opposition, with 8° orb so I think it not from past lives).
