For the first question, I don't think any disorder can thwart a chart. I think a disorder actually can be seen in a chart, or that a chart reflects a disorder. Having so many hard aspects to the moon, which represents our emotional nature, can definitely express itself as BPD, even as Bi-polar.

The interesting thing about your aspects is that your Moon-Cancer stellium opposition meets at the Libra/Aries axis, and you happen to have Pluto there, so the way out for you, or the healing so to speak might be to become more Libran.

What I mean is for your Cancer stellium and Capp Moon to embrace or explore the qualities of Libra more, since it is the point where these opposing forces meet. But a very plutonian kind of Libra, not a meek, people pleasing kind of Libra. Read up on the meaning of Pluto in Libra and see what it is about it that you may want to experiment with. Thank you for your thoughts! Would you think "relief" might come my way now that I have pMercury, Mars, Pluto and ASC in Libra? Venus will join soon. Libra is very foreign to me although I have many friends that are Libra. I can't quite rid myself of Mars/ASC and it seems to make me.....Mars
I have read somewhere that Pluto in MY chart, is my "way out" of everything so I shall study that. Thank you!

Edit: now that we speak of Pluto, I feel like mentioning that long ago, I got myself a tattoo of Pluto without really knowing why. I just felt like I had to do it.

You said you are Libra ASC with Libra Pluto in 2nd house, which makes no sense, whether you use equal or unequal house systems. PLuto should be in your 1st house or on the ascendant.

And your Mercury is in Libra? But you are Cancer Sun? That's very rare, and would only be possible if your SUn was in the very last degrees of Cancer and your Mercury in the very first degrees of Libra.
