I don`t think the Sun has directly to do with your face like the Rising because most Water Rising signs i have seen no matter the Sun has had a "Watery" look to them. Their eyes tends to look emotional or soft looking especially with Pisces and Cancer Rising while Scorpio Rising tends to have a more serious guarded look. They don`t "look" like their extroverted even when they may be the most extroverted person around. Pisces and Cancer Rising might look like they are sweeter than what they really are and Scorpio Rising might look meaner than what they really are. So when someone gets to know them people might get surprised by their more extroverted Fire personalities.
