I have an 11th house Taurus Mars by whole sign. I thought that it meant I’d had similarities to an Aquarius mars but I heard somewhere people are very strict about assigning house themes to sign themes; that they are not the same. But I also heard that it would be more appropriate with a planet aspecting another planet (ex. Mars square Uranus would be closer to an Aquarius mars than an 11th house). I also have Mars sq Uranus. But I hear some people are strict about that as well. I guess in general, what’s the difference between the expressions and themes when it comes to Uranus, Aquarius, and the 11th House?

Mars-Uranus especially in harsher aspects can have much more of a temper problem than Aquarius or 11th house Mars people. Uranus on a Planet will make said planet more unpredictable or unusual in their ways but not remove the Signs influence, while the house will bring 11th house themes and issues into the natives life but not necessarily have them act like an Aquarian like you might be into or thrown into some humanitarian work or friendships are a big focus in life etc but you will deal with it in a Taurean way. While having Aquarius placements might make the planets expression more detached and level-headed unlike with Uranus aspects where it can make things more "explosive" lol.

11th house - Friendships, Groups and associations one has the probability of belonging to.

Uranus- the planetary energy which brings about changes/disturbances and the breaking away from convention or standard ways of doing things.

Aquarius- Air sign that is a fixed modality. Concerns itself with secular and non secular issues that impact mankind as a whole- war , Famine, homophobia, extra terrestrial existence, xenophobia, government oppression, feminism , immigration etc.

Its interesting to note that Pluto is in ♒ and some of the things that have increased in intensity of focus, are immigration issues

Every country now is dealing with nationalism vs integration issues now. And this is not because of Trump.

Trump just magnified the issue by centering his campaign around it in the States.

But this has been a topical issue in my country off/on since the 2010's. With no clear lasting results.

Pluto will highlight more "mankind" related issues as it goes on in its transit the world over.

A lot of people think the houses, signs and planets are the same when it really isn`t and i have seen this so many times. Like a Sag Moon conjunct Pluto i have seen is very different than a Scorpio Moon. The Scorpio Moon embodies much more of those classic Plutonian traits than the Sag Moon does. The Sag Moon is still very much like a Sag Moon but a more intensified and sometimes more obsessive version of it. They might have a deeper and more intense need for traveling, space or be obsessive about education and knowledge or their feelings for someone but i wouldn`t say they are all dark, suspicious and gloomy like a Scorpio Moon can sometimes be. The same with houses like a 12th house Moon is not the same as a Pisces Moon, Pisces Moons i find to be much more changeable and mutable than a 12th house Moon. A 12th house Moon might have a creative talent, be secretive or confused about what their really feeling which is very 12th house themed but they will still express and deal with it in whatever sign their Moons are in and not like the real owners of this house would have. So a Gemini Moon in the 12th will still be very much like a Gemini Moon and try to make sense and even have a need to communicate their thoughts and feelings to better understand themselves but confusion, blurry lines of their personalities might have been issues that they may have had to deal with in their lives too, or they keep all their "Gemini" activities to themselves like they might keep more of what they have learned and their knowledge to themselves or they may be the "silent" type in person but very talkative and engage in discussions online on anonymous forums. The sign doesn`t "disappear" just because a planet is aspecting it or it lands in a certain house and this is what some people think sometimes.

Preach!!👏🏿👏🏿. Right? You get the nuances that I always get into tiffs with people about.

I don't know how many people have written me off for saying exactly that. Even seasoned Astrologers have called me all sorts of names for diverting from them when it comes to this.

What i see with Moon-Pluto a lot , is that they often have to face Pluto themes when relating to the home i.e. the death of the mother or maternal figure, homelessness, leaving their country because of strong motives(war, political unrest or general apathy in terms of where its headed), their sense of security always compromised through upheavals and changes etc.

Typically these events that have Pluto therein, can make them emotionally strong. But also the type to be very suspicious or protective of their emotional space.

So they are not easy to penetrate within or find out what is happening in their heart. This even if they will say that they are the type to want to get "deep" with others. They don't readily disclose much about themselves. And will let you talk about you whilst reserving their side.

Don't visit without appointment. Or call to talk about the weather. They will avoid you. Small talk annoys them. They may not even like talking.

Ofcourse there are differences with expressions i.e. ♊ is different from ♐ when occupying those two planets. But there are overlaps- since the two will have the Pluto influence.

I'll voice my opinion since I have a Cancer stellium in 11H all trine Uranus 3H (Venus is square). I am nothing like Aquarius and everything like the 11th house and Uranus. Aquarians find me fascinating but even for them, I am too "volatile" and changeable. I'm almost electric in some ways. I am here, there and nowhere all at the same time. Things tend to happen in my life, or around me, and if you are someone that need calm and quiet, I'm probably not your woman.

I don't like close friendships, as in close proximity. My friends are strewn across the globe and we talk a few times a year which is perfect for me.

Many of these friends have helped me tremendously in my life and I can't thank them enough.

Yes themes surrounding said planet or house is what the Planets and houses often bring into the natives life 👍🏼 I think people confuse what they have dealt with in life with how they are as a person too. Like for example an Uranian Capricorn can for sure be unpredictable sometimes and even unusual in their ways but still act like a Capricorn but in sometimes bizarre and unpredictable ways or unusual and sometimes unpredictable things can happen around them. An 8th housers for example may think they are such a "Scorpio" because they have dealt with Pluto themes in their life when in reality they may act very much like their more lighthearted placements but life has also been one hell of a intense experience too. Something similar i have seen with Pluto aspecting more "lighter" signs it just brings more of an intensity to whatever sign their planets are in but also intense experiences into their lives. Transformation are also big in these peoples lives where they are put in situations where they are sometimes forced to make changes and transform. When i see Pluto/8th house mixed with more lighter signs It reminds me of Sid the sloth from Ice age, he was a very bubbly sweet happy go lucky fella that was abandoned by his family and was forced to change his life and also dealing with the end of the world, but even with all those difficult experiences it did not take away his lighthearted spirit.

Ahhh! All these examples make perfect sense. Do you all know if any books, articles, or resources that do this delineation for all the planets/signs/houses?
