Im confused because some websites say 7th house is house of relationships. So does it describe how that person is when they are in a relationship, or does it describe the characteristics or features that they seek out/or attract in other people?For exa. Im 7th House Caqp(no planets) so I am Cancer rising. I don't think I am very practical or grounded in relationships at all. And I would prefer someone who is more rigid/structured with things because I am pretty bad at it myself LOL. IP: Logged |

I actually think its also how you actively engage with people .What I found confusing was how i STILL see the presence of 7th house energy in the people i know when they interact with the greater public. My sisters have Gemini Asc. With Sag Dsc, I noticed that BOTH tend to consciously want to come across as "worldly" and "well read" to others. This fits with Sagittarius Descendant. Aqua Asc Barack Obama often came across very dignified and "regal" (Leo) in his interactions with the greater public(7th). Never the type to lose his temper or vome across "radical". This is in stark contrast to Leo Asc Trump-who often wants to come across as eay going, casual and 'one with the people' or 'ordinary folk' (Aqua). Brad Pitt(Sag Asc) often has a cheeky/playful boy grin in interviews. Ans never ckmes across as heavy or deep( Gemini Dsc). Jane Fonda (Cap Asc) in interviews wants to come across as personable, reflective and deep to others in interviews she gives. Very much the type to be emotionally open(Cancer Dsc). IP: Logged |

The 7th house is the house of partners, and also the house of open enemies. Partners can turn into enemies...But I digress.  This is the house that shows what you expect from partners, who you are naturally attracted to. You being a watery cancer, your natural partner would be someone who is capricornian, or has capricornian qualities. These earthy qualities would ground your Cancer emotionally, or at the very least, give it some structure and containment. You want someone who is stable and reliable, and Capp tend to be, though at times, you might feel Capricorns are too cold. IP: Logged |

Idk if this helps But I have a stellium in my 7th house and I dont know who i am, zero sense of self. I somewhat do alone or a therapist but with friends or regular people the way I see myself is how they see me. If they approve I approve myself. If they view me as annoying then I feel annoying. I guess this is common but I feel in my case its more than average ------------------
