if its a man then take a pink candle and write 3 times on it the name of your man and also your name... then fill up the rest of the candle with hearts and words of love. Then take some anointing oil and clean it, having first washed it with a clean cloth. then light the candle in the hours of VENUS.. look up on google. Then stare at the candle and do affirmations, picturing your man. Don't let it blow out!! keep the wax in a box by your bed or under your pillow. xx IP: Logged |

I've been thinking of writing a letter of forgiveness to my ex on the final sheets of paper from a journal he bought me when we were first dating.

Funnily enough, I plucked my book "Your Heart's Desire" by Sonia Choquette, off the shelf yesterday, and asked my mother if she wanted to work through it with me, just to see what happens. I usually use candles, and write things down, either putting things to rest in my journal, or adding my thoughts, wishes and prayers to a "wish jar". It helps with letting go of outcomes/handing it over to God - whatever you want to call it. IP: Logged |

In addition to visualization, I do scripting (also called pray rain journalling). I write at least 500 words about my intention and describe it as if it is already happening or has already happened. It works! MVM, good idea! I think I need to do that, too. ------------------

ABC, in tandem with Lara's technique I suggest you also make a list of the qualities of the guy you want to meet. Try it! It's worked for a lot of people I know. It did for me, too.IP: Logged |

Aerialcircus,There are 3 ways that I know of:
1. Make a list hide it somewhere then forget about it.
2. Make a list, read it 1x in the morning and 1x before bed. Cross out the item as soon as it gets fulfilled.
3. Make a list, tape it on a board or the wall and send loving energy to it every time you see it. I have tried all of them and they all worked. ------------------

8th hour
15th hour
