On a fridge magnet this week I saw:-Life is All About How You Handle Plan B Bloody true, that. Unless you are a rare and lucky person who sailed through on Plan A. Or are still young. Not quite as poetic as Valus' latest post but it reminded me of it in some lateral odd way. IP: Logged |

I'm so glad to see you on here, Blue Moon!! It makes sense about Plan B. I have a Plan B (and C), but my Plan A is arduous and will take a long time to get through, so I don't know yet, but I will in another 5 years. However, I work on my Plan B along with Plan A constantly, so I'm not sure I'll even make it to Plan C in this lifetime. ... I think I just confused myself

That quote is really insightful. I think most of my life has been a struggle to cling and achieve Plan A that the beauty of Plan B is eclipsed. Many times the fight for what we want is something that we shouldn't really have. Is my reading totally off base?IP: Logged |

No, I don't think your reading is off base. I was thrown into Plan B and have decided to just accept it and make the best, there's no point getting bitter that I'm not in Plan A. But life doesn't work out to neat plans all the time I have said once or twice, to people smugly sat in Plan A. It's that certain type of person might end up bitter if they end up in Plan B by default. IP: Logged |

I'm resigned to the fact that in the laws of the universe, I am Plan B.IP: Logged |

Pfft, there is no plan. If there were, I'd probably be a totally screwed up plan XYZ.IP: Logged |

I have a grand plan. And that is to do a bit each of Plan A, B, C, D, E... not necessarily in order. I think my NN in Capricorn is now ****** big time. IP: Logged |

If I really have a plan A, it's still a possibility for me. I'm not anxious to sell out on my dreams, even if I might not really be satisfied if the dream came true.I'm a great inventor of plans. I've got a whole catalog of plans that I could be satisfied with. It makes it difficult to choose a direction. IP: Logged |
