Granted that you can say anything and be as creative and real as much as you want, how would you word your wedding vows?

I like that CPN, especially this:

A Leo's dream!

*Insert Sexy voice.* Oh my love... I hate you...

I hate you so much that I love you. I hate because you make me blind with love... and you freakin take advantage of the situation and trip me down and molest me all over... You vile being!

Still... There just isn't anyone as sexy and as wonderful as you. So I do pledge That will hatefully love you for the rest of my life...

If I am reading vows to someone, it means something bad went wrong as I am a single bloke. I would only ever marry an equal status person anyway - not into the power thing.

Otherwise, I would avoid this:

[quote]
Always will I perform my headship over you even as Christ does over me.
[quote/]

Just couldnt say that without laughing.

Is that headship thing for the man only?
What is its equivalent for the woman?

I'm not sure what I'd say, mostly because I dont know the person yet. It would take me quite awhile to work something out into words too, i'm sure. I'd like to get "married" on a beach, just the two of us alone, no audience or minister. It doesnt have to be legal for me, just our own intimate and creative ceremony we would come up with together. A marriage of heart and soul matters more to me than a piece of paper. Hopefully someday I'll be working on my vows to someone.

While I think what I was going to say is funny, I'm not sure how well it would go down, so maybe I'll save it.

Well as the dialouge between the main male protagonist and the supporting heroine from an espionage flick went:

Eva: Do you love her?
Snake: No, nothing like that.
Eva: Do you hate her?
Snake: Does it have to be one or the other - love or hate?
Eva: Between a man and a woman. You bet.

I am just covering both ends .
