Does anyone else feel really antsy these days, or is it just me?

I am like super-hyper, yet somehow drained.
I am doing things like biting my fingernails, and chain smoking lately.

When the phone rings, I jump.
Seems like somethin' and I can't tell if it is a good or bad thing, is going to happen really soon.

Anyone?

Hey Gypsee one! I have been feeling the same way.
Have all this nervous energy that just won't go away! Let's get together and drink it off! LOL.

Oh girly-friend, I haven't had a proper drink in ages....

Come over around 5-ish, I'll take you to a place in walking distance that makes a pomegrante martini that will bring tears to your eyes.

If your not into sweet, I'll share my signature drink of an Absolute dirty martini, extra dry, up, with 5 olives.
Then we will chill...I just know it! xoxoxo

OMG, I SOOOOO want to come over now! LOL.
Pomegranate martini? Sounds fantastic!
I'm VERY much into sweet cocktails. Frozen strawberry daiquiri is usually my drink of choice but I'll take whatever.
Then we can talk about everything under the sun, but Yin has a feeling we have a lot of personal stories to share.
And THAT is why, Gypsee one, we need to chat on FB or Google Talk.
We can drink at the computers. LOL.
I can't promise I'll be coherent after a couple though... LOL.
Love ya,
Yin

Someone else, I think Writesomething, just posted how calm she was feeling these past few days! I wanna trade.

im feeling different too. i seem to handle stress much better these days. it's like i was on a race where you jump over obstacles, what's the name? in athletics...
obstacles are here, very much, but i feel pushed to jump or fall, and when i fall, or more exactly when i see the reality as it is, i feel that i find the strength to stand up and go again. that is unusual for me. i accept more the difficulties that normally would stop me.

Well, Pire, to me that would seem like a good thing. So your "antsieness" seems to have a positive note. I'm glad.

I'm not exactly hiding in my bedroom, nor do I feel like emersing myself in the social scene either.

I just can't shake that waiting for something to happen feeling....like news or something changing....like I said, I don't know if it is good or bad, so hence the nervous energy I guess.

I just re-read your post again, and I can agree to the feeling of seeing reality for what it is more these days. Some of that is bittersweet though, I'm not one for letting go too much.
