pluto in sagittarius a fire sign which means it would contrubute hot weather.
has anyone notice 2003 2004 2005 2006 were really hot i mean it broke temperature records all over united states canada and europe but then when 2007 2008 and now 2009 have come and passed that it really has been a little colder. since pluto has moved into capricorn since its a femine sign it has been a little chilly i am not saying it has not been hot but seems it has gradually gotten cooler each summer since 2007 and since pluto has been slowly moving into capricorn.
this year alone june july and begining of august the average temperature where i live in southern ontario never went above 25 degrees. making it one of the coldest summers since 1950s.

now neptune and uranus were both in aquarius together i have seen alot of stories about wind and chilly uranus and neptune both being in the sign of aquarius would make it windy and cold. since the sun moves threw aquarius is usually feburary the middle of winter it would make it cold oviously.i remember 2005 winter threw 2006 was one of the coldest winters in north american history. bitterly cold windchills were at around -40 degrees. also lets not forget chiron was also in aquarius.

But then uranus entered pisces and that being a water sign all these hurricanes like katrina and rita flooded everything in new orleans and flordia alabama.and lets not forget the 2005 boxing day tsunami in asia which killed thousands of people. seems to me that ever since uranus has entered pisces there has been alot of water related disaters.and the amount of thunderstorms were having is increadbily substansial.heavy downpoors and hail and tornados anyone seeing this more frequently.

also notice that ever since jupiter has enterd aquarius joining chiron and neptune in a once in a lifetime conjunction together planes seem to not really be staying up latly. and nobody seems to wanted to risk going somewhere because of it. also in plane the 911 attacks uranus neptune saturn jupiter were all in air signs seem that this has alot too do with airplanes crashing and bitter cold temperatures.

i wonder what could happen when uranus enters aries and neptune enters pisces.
my guess is that there will be alot more heat waves to come and alot more ocean and rain floodings.

here are my observations
when in summer if there are alot of fire planets leo aries sagittarius there are alot of more heat waves, droughts, bad vegetation. humidlty, and low rainfall amounts.

when in summer there is alot of air signs aquarius,libra,gemini most likly more wind storms cooler refreshing air,more chance of thunderstorm and lighting and tornados.

when in summer there is alot of water signs
cancer,scorpio,pisces its more rainy, and foggy and glommy, cloudy and more depressing.heavy rain, and lots of flooding.

when in summer there is alot of earth signs. taurus,capricorn,virgo its just a very steady amount of temperature no heat waves just a average summer. a better chance of good vegetation stock.

when in winter there is alot of fire signs i would tihnk it would be a pretty warm winter season. not super hot like 11-15 degrees but maybe some 2 and 3 degrees above normal and no winchills. more likly too get much more sunny days.

when in winter there are alot of planets in aris signs. its a very windy cold cold winter with alot of windchill. very strong winds and lots of snow.

when in winter there are alot of water signs the winter could be a wet winter alot of frezzing rain frezzing wet snow and petalls. very foggy winter as well.

when in winter there are alot of plaents in earth signs its just a steady cold that never changes and stays the exact amount of cold each day. more cloudy and dry winter.
