My man will sit down to feed the baby and she will fight him and get upset then cry and cry and cry. The minute I sit down and take her in my arms, she completely quiets down and feeds, no problems. BF is not a happy camper with this and I think he feels very discouraged.This morning he went to feed her, when I was snug in bed. She kept crying for a few minutes and then finally I got up and went and sat in the livingroom with them. LO perked up when she heard my voice and knew I was in the room. Just after I sat down, LO became quiet....looked over at her father and gave him the dirtiest look I have seen a baby give. It was like she was saying "I'm not amused" or "Oh not you again"....It looked like one cheesed off baby look... I laughed my head off....oh I wished I could have taken a picture! IP: Logged |

a lot of new fathers have the same problem. baby bonds with mom first and they feel slighted...is this his first? mine was the same, but he stuck with it and after awhile they were thick as thieves...IP: Logged |

Yes, he is a first time dad! I told my boyfriend to keep working on it. He is getting used to changing diapers now.He is very happy that the baby and I have bonded....I feel so loved and connected to her. IP: Logged |
