wheat pasta rings with pesto sauce with cut up chicken breast, and I sprayed some oil vinagrette salad dressing too

I eat a lot of wheat pasta with chicken breast.
I will alternate red sauce, alfredo sauce, oil vinagrette. If I run out of all that, I will even use some soy sauce.

wheels, where's the fish eyes??

Breakfast today is fairtrade coffee with rice milk and stevia (my weekend treat ), Yogi Walnut Spice Crunch cereal (new at Whole Foods!) with pumpkin and flax seeds, 2 kiwis and a Zola Brazilian Superfruits Immunity Smoothie

For dessert maybe I'll have some Rocky Mountain Oysters

Dinner

Salad (lettuce, cucumber, boiled egg, potato, cheese.... with ranch dressing)

Wheat bread

It's very likely that I'll be hungry again after a few hours so I might have a PB&J sandwich for midnight snack.

Zala, I went to google image to look for Rocky Mountain Oyster photos (thinking it was oyster).

This one looks yummy:

But then I saw this and had to find out where it's from:

Anytime, Deux!!
(obviously I did that on purpose due to other well-attended threads around here )
I've never tried "Cowboy Caviar" but if you ever lived on the prairies, you'd know there isn't a huge range of indigenous vegetation, and people ate what they could 150 years ago.....

My mom used to make killer zucchini lasagna -- maybe I'll take some over to the nursing home when we see her this afternoon

Jamie Oliver cooked Rocky Mountain Oysters on Jonathan Ross the other night. He served them with some type of mayonnaise and lemon juice. ETA: The zucchini lasagna looks awesome!

My mother also used to cook Tongue.....
Even as a kid I knew there was something wrong with that stuff and I refused to eat it. But it was cheap protein, and when I was little there wasn't a lot of money.....
