i have this with certain people. i sometimes think it's because i have a strong sense of intuition. or that i'm just hypersensitive to people's moods that i know how they're feeling. one of these people is a good friend of mine. it's strange how sometimes i'll feel violently ill as if my stomach is cramping really badly for no reason or i feel suddenly very sad and i know it's not me who's sad or ill. and then he'd call me and he'd be very sad about something. there are of course those times when i'm trying to say something but the words won't come out and he will say it exactly. i haven't said anything to even allude to what i'm going to say and he says it. i feel very specially connected to him even though we don't hang out every single day or that often anymore (we used to work with each other). we're good friends, but we don't spend time with each other. perhaps once a month or every other month.

The strongest is with my son. We have seriously all but eliminated the need for speech whatsoever. As far as feeling each others physical pain, we do not have that, but we definetly feel each others feelings.

I can look at him and instantly know what is troubling him, and vice-versa, which upsets me at times, because I feel bad that a child should know the pain and complexity of an adults feelings.
But we have always been this way.
He used to speak to me telepathically when he was a baby, before he could talk, to let me know what was wrong with him, when he was crying.
It was so strong between us, that no one else could ever watch him for me. He would cry and they couldn't get him to stop, they didn't know what to do. I would be able to look at him and know he had a sore throat, or was getting a cold, or had a bad dream.
I suppose alot of Mothers and children are this way, but ours goes much deeper.
We often say the same things at the exact same time.
Alot of days he will go in his room to get dressed, and I will go in mine, and we will come out wearing the same color shirt, similiar jeans (both be light, or both be dark) and the same color sneakers.
We have the exact same sense of humour, which no one else gets.

Alot of times he still sleeps with me, because I have a really big bed, and my kids often fall asleep in it while watching tv with me. When we do this, I will wake up say "Chad, I had the weirdest dream," and I will begin to tell it, and he finishes it.

We both have uneasy feelings concerning aliens and the possibilty that we may have seen them, and this I did not project onto him, he came to me with it.
Also, we have the same sort of interests in certain cultures and time periods, which makes me think we shared past lives as well.

As far as astrology goes, I have never done our synastry, but I will, cause now you have me interested, lol. But I do know he is a scorp sun/rising, and I have merc in scorp. He has merc in Sag, which is my sun.

i also have this with someone i'm not best buds with or even know very well. but for some reason we have a strange connection that's understood without words. i don't know what it is. it's almost as if the choice of communication is by not speaking but through actions or looks on the face. it's very odd that i don't even really acknowledge that it happens to me as i find it embarrassing to explain. i get it but no one else gets it.

so yes i do have this kind of a connection with close friends but also with a not close friend. an older friend of mine told me a story about him and his neighbor who passed. he told me how he never spoke to this neighbor yet they still had a bond or understanding. he said he would clear the snow from the elderly man's driveway but he would never talk to the guy.
