pet peeve- being interrupted and ignored (I'm a leo, what can I say?)

people LOUDLY talking on the phone about their personal life. I'm sorry but I don't want to hear about your baby momma/daddy drama.

people who don't clean up after themselves.

moms who don't give their babies a tranquilizer on a plane ride.

parents that hit or curse at their kids.

And one time I was driving an old beat up 1976 Suburban (I LOVED that truck). I was sitting in the truck waiting for my ex to come out (I was married at the time). While I was sitting in the truck, this nice newer car pulls up next to the truck, only to swing their door open hard so it hit my door enough to make the truck shake. She just casually glances over at me without any sign that she was sorry. I waited for her a$$ to go in the store and I swung my door open hard enough to leave paint on her's. It just p1sses me off that people do that. Do they think that because my truck was old and a little beat up that it made it okay to ding it? ooooo

My pet peeves:

People who don't clean the toilet after they've had a crap. (Needless to say, whenever I find the toilet in a mess I ALWAYS clean it - so the next person won't think it was ME!)
People who don't wash.
Backstabbers and people who play games.
Lazy people.
Moody people.
Promiscuous people.
Disorganized people.
Bitchy fashionista airheads (women and screaming queers alike).
Shallow/thick people.
Noisy/party people.
Unfair/unreasonable/inflexible people.
Passive-aggressive people.
Violent people.
People who are out to pick a fight or take their anger out on someone.
People who give their kids Ritalin.
People who stuff themselves with sweets and expect the NHS to sort them out when they get obese.
Plastic surgery, except for war/accident casualties.
Overly politically correct people.
Horror films.
Anything to do with vampires.
Lord of the Rings.
Overplayed classical music.
Terrible pop/rock music.
Entertainers being given knighthoods.
Celebrity, or journalist, talking-heads.
The smell of BeardPapa Cafe in Oxford St. (how anyone can work in there I don't know - the smell coming out of there is like eggs).
The smell of rotting fish/cooking fish.
The smell of what used to be "Yardley" cosmetics - the perfume was a really "old ladies" smell. Yuk!

Schools - the root of all evil!
Teachers - propagate the bubble of unreality that is schools (see above). Control freaks.
Kids!
Dog crap (in fact, any crap for that matter).
Dog hair (greasy & rank)
Dog breath! (Okay, I don't hate *dogs* or wish them harm. I just don't want to own one!)
Cheese.
Wine (tastes like mouldy grapes).
Sticky toffee pudding (too sweet)
Death by chocolate desserts with butter icing.
When I go into a "health" food shop and half the stuff in there is highly processed, in plastic packaging, and laden with sugar, salt and yeast. Or soya! And one aisle of the shop is completely taken up with "vitamins" and other useless potions (do the names Mr. Holland and Mr. Barrett ring any bells?)
When language barriers are so great that a proper conversation is impossible(i.e. you need to translate word for word). This is even true for some English dialects - for example, as a Southerner, I can't understand Glaswegian or Northern Irish accents).
Having to wait for stuff to happen.
Being talented and unrecognized.
Radio.
Television.
Round-the-clock news.
Computer games.
Drugs (legal and illegal).
Conventional medical thinking of the type that states that all women should be on the Pill.
Being coaxed to eat foods I either get bad reactions from or don't feel like eating.
My mum (yes, I have good reasons!)
All my exes (they wouldn't be exes otherwise).
PEOPLE!!!!!
LIFE!!!!!

What I DO like:

Things to smell clean, fresh and nice.
Shocking pink!
Spicy herbal teas.
Sorbitol-free toothpaste.
Healthy food.
Bed.
Writing music and doing my art (healing, and allows me to express my emotions).
Having a job.
Working!
Entertaining with my music.
Good poetry.
Telling stories after a humorous fashion and making people laugh.
Peace and quiet.
Glittery makeup.
Nice clothes.
Greenery/rural landscapes close by.
Sky patterns.
The dream of ideal love (better than reality!).
Dreaming of faraway places.

Most of your list I'm neutral about because I find it easy to *ignore*.. so most people you mentioned like "loud people" or people who try to instigate arguments or whatever.. I ignore them and do my own thing - whatever that is at the time.

Other things I completely agree.. The health food one is a huge pet peeve of mine also.. specially when it comes to soy products
