All time number one, hands down, favorite is, Coconut. The reason is that everytime I smell it, it reminds me of summer. Hawaiin Tropic Coconut oil ~ ahhh, the beach. Swisher Sweets cigars... because my Grandpa smoked them. Actually, a combo of those, and Old Spice cologne, can literally bring tears to my eyes. I like pomegrante lotions and shampoos and stuff too....mmmmmm. IP: Logged |

Mine is lemon.. I like anything citric really.. but lemon is the best.I love lemon based perfumes as well. :edit: oh you said - and why? I guess lemon reminds me of freshness.. spring, summer.. It's very invigorating and it wakes me when I have my morning shower. IP: Logged |

Vanilla...Especially mixed with musk, don't know why I like it, but is calming. Lavender is tied in for first, maybe the calming qualities, again. IP: Logged |

I love light powdery tones, cos they smell clean. Andd if there is a citrusy hint in it, I go to heaven. And love cooking smells. Roast chicken with lemon, garlic and rosemary smell from the oven puts me in a great mood. IP: Logged |

Almost all the scents LEXX mentioned. I connect different scents with different memories. Musk and amber are my number 1. Lilly of the Valley Jasmine Coconut Ylang-ylang Aghh, so many more. I'm a sucker for scents/ smells. Funny that I wasn't familiar with the smell of skunk when I first came to the US and it smelled like burned rubber to me, not offensive per se, just unfamiliar.
I also noticed that LEXX didn't mention vanilla or lavender. It's funny that those two are probably my least favorite. IP: Logged |

I love lemon and vanilla. Peach, lavender... I love the fresh fruit and vegetable section, in food stores. Freshly cut grass. Coffee brewed in the morning (although I hate the taste of coffee). Bread baking. Anything that smells good, when baking (cinnamon rolls, etc). As long as it's contained, and not too strong: the smell of something burning, in the air - especially on cold days. Pine trees. I miss the smells from having a real tree in the house, every Christmas. (The last time we had a real tree, was 2004). I could go on and on with this list... IP: Logged |

I'm not an over-spicer where garlic is concerned (I hate when people overdo the garlic), but something in that scent is generally good.I love so many scents. IP: Logged |

There are so many scents I like too. Most are just favorites, others have good memories connected to them:Tresor Parfum by Lancome, my favorite personal fragrance Freshly ground coffee Freshly opened jar of peanut butter (has to be Skippy) First rain on the asphalt Smell of my cat(s) fur after they finished cleaning themselves before a nap. Lavender essential oil Fresh roses or rose scent, it reminds me of my grandmother My son's head as a baby I'm like Lexx, Old Spice Men's Aftershave, memories of my father The smell of the incense they used during mass when I was younger in church Popcorn as it's being popped A warm mug of Oolong tea Ozone-y scented laundry detergent. I'll add more when I think of them I like the smell of Sharpies too. Also the first whiffs of gasoline when it's going into your car tank...then it's nauseating.

It's funny because alot of the scents mentioned, I like as well..*Mass insense *Vanilla *Cinnamon (wait did anyone mention cinnamon?) etc... But, if they are really concentrated, they give me a bad headache. Oh, Lexx, seaspray!!! To smell and to taste! For some reason I can't stand the smell of brewing coffee. It started during second pregnancy. But I still drink it! So, I leave the room while it's brewing. OH OH OH, and clothes dried on a clothesline!! mmmmmm!! IP: Logged |

My mother's mejaderah cooking... Rice with lentils and fried onions. The smell wafting from a good steakhouse... Sorry Valus!
Drakkar Noir. Drives me nuts in a good way. The smell of the ocean. Popcorn.
