That happened to me about a month ago, or so.

I was told that it happens when two people post at the same exact time. You'll have to start from scratch, Winged Leo.

Sometimes this happens when someone has an emoticon selected (above), and then hits enter (something like that). I know that happened to a couple of people, in the past.
