I get mild headaches and have been feeling very unwell for over a month.....I feel like death walking right now and I don't know when it will go away. Whether or not this is freeing for me, I'm not sure.....I know I have some things I need to let go of and release....I hope you get well soon. And Ohhhhh am I seeing big changes too - depressing but I guess that is how things are to be right now. IP: Logged |

Like MVM, I never get them, but the past week I had like 3, and pressure in my head's crown area. I thought it was only because I'm doing an intuition development thing. Looks like it's a collective headache? And yes to huge changes. But I feel excitement, not fear or anything negative. MVM, btw I had a dream about you two weeks ago or so. I don't remember the details but I think it's about "writing". LOL. IP: Logged |

Me too! Had put it down to change of pressure/temperature, but clearly it's not that if you've all suffered too.The past two weeks - crashing intense headaches - and I am not a sufferer. Haven't taken any painkillers, as they go as quickly as they come. Others around me are feeling it too, so then we thought maybe a virus. I feel on the cusp of some major change - feel like I should be grabbing on to something, but can't identify what. Strange. IP: Logged |

Yes, I've had an increase in pain.Drinking more water may help. My search for answers leads me to this site, if anyone can relate to this... All I know is that I feel more hypersensitive to Energy fields than I ever have in my life.

Is it only a Northern hemisphere phenomenon or are folks in the Southern hemisphere being thusly affected also?------------------ Everyone is a teacher... Everyone is a student... Learning is eternal. }><}}(*> .☆¨¯`♥ ¸.☆¨¯`♥ ¸.☆¨¯`♥ IP: Logged |

Lara, I've got all those symptoms... I've never had problems with headaches but lately I've had some very bad ones. I'm working with a neti pot to help clear my sinuses in case they are involved and I'm seeing my acupuncturist weekly to help. Any theories out there on these headaches?IP: Logged |

My headaches that I had up until two/ three weeks ago have gone, as I have given up drinking coffee. I have gained a little weight (as in, a couple of pounds)...by going on a diet with lots of grains, meat, fish & veg...v. little sugar... actually I need to fight hard to maintain my weight, as I lose weight really easily. Look much better for having a bit of flesh on my bones... On the other hand, all the "friends" I had have just about disappeared from my life! I almost don't seem to have a single one left! But then I remember that at work I am mixing with a whole new group of people now - less layabouts and more go-getters. I have been so busy and terribly lazy with keeping up friendships. Bothers me a little, but I can't fight it. (Uranus tr. 7th house, anyone?) Guys, I wonder if your headaches are due to all the volcanic ash flying around in the atmosphere right now? (LEXX's post certainly seems to hint at this...) A work colleague has had dreadful hayfever and I have been sneezing worse than I usually do. My mother's car was in the garage for about a week recently and - get this - the ash actually found its way INSIDE the garage and deposited a layer on her car... IP: Logged |

Lyra, it could very well explain headaches people are having if the time matches up for them. My bad headaches did happen recently so they are post-volcano, but I had some headaches for the first time prior the eruption. That's bizarre that the ash found its way into your mom's stored car! It's like the ash is a Stephen King villain. IP: Logged |

Thanks for all the replies! and sorry you are all suffering too.Yes, the headaches could well be the volcanic ash cos i have been sneezing a lot and blocked up Good point, thanks for mentioning it... makes a lot of sense IP: Logged |

Many folks in my area have been having unusually bad headaches, congestion, sneezing and nosebleeds. Thought it was a bug or the excessively high pollen counts of late. Maybe it is volcanic ash. The sunsets have been abnormally beautiful for May. Ash can cause beautiful sunsets. PS.Even all my cats have been congested and sneezing a lot. Musette.... the Neti pot and pressure wash definitely help nasal/sinus congestion and flushes out pollen and so forth. ------------------ Everyone is a teacher... Everyone is a student... had seriously nasty sinus headache for most of last weeekend .. not uncommon for me .. they seem to hit depending on surface pressure variations .. pressure ridges and troughs being the worst .. ( have really noticed this since residing in the uk with its crazy weather patterns ) weekend millibar reading over this area was 1027 ( hot temps ) todays reading is between 1012 and 1016 .. ( and lower temps ) for the uk/europe readings the site is : ~ http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/europe/surface_pressure.html ~according to some data i was shown ( have lost the link ) air pressure can effect the sinus's to the extent that the mucous membranes become inefficient at forming a barrier to outside pollutants therefor making it easier to get hit by a bug of some nature .. or pollen 'n plant spores etc .. 'nother thing .. .. virus's' multiplying instict is triggered by temperature variations .. e.g. if it's fairly hot .. and then the temps take a sudden dive .. and potentially visa versa .. i've not checked .. but given the recent weekend uk temps. .. pollen count could have been quite high .. would not suprise me given the current state of the local flora .. saw this .. ( i had no idea about different pollenation methods ) " Can you make your garden hay fever-proof? " ~ http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/8701268.stm ~ noticed something elese .. my house was relatively cool at ground level .. and hotter on the first floor .. and yet hotter in the attic ( and computer station ) the weekend headaches got much worse if i spent any time in the attic .. i use these .. if the pain is seriously bad .. ~ http://www.sinutab.com/ ~ ( it's behind the eyes pain .. ANY sound becomes very aggravating .. ( light as well .. but no so much as sound .. seven-seas cranberry forte capsules .. have had a positive effect .. i.e. headaches do not last as long as previously .. maybe it's the anti-adhesion properties getting rid of the pollutant(s) .. ~ http://www.cranberryinstitute.org/healthresearch.htm ~ " Cranberries contain proanthocyanidins (PACs) that can prevent the adhesion of certain of bacteria, including E. coli, associated with urinary tract infections to the urinary tract wall. The anti-adhesion properties of cranberry may also inhibit the bacteria associated with gum disease and stomach ulcers. " should i move away from the uk .. i be sure to look for a place with benign surface pressure averages .. if such a place exists .. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ whatever the causes .. i hope you are all feeling better Soon .. : -) IP: Logged |

Yes! Although I think my headaches are more due to the fact that my eyesight seems to be slipping quickly. I almost didn't pass the eye test when I went to re new my driver's license. By all rights I shouldn't have passed. The person administering the test gave me a couple more chances than she probably should have lol. But my sinuses have been very dry. I have a rash breaking out under my nose. I put a little neosporin on it at night and it's clearing up, but I was wondering why. And stress....well you know what they say? Be nice to the next person you come in contact with. You never know what kind of stress that person has to endure. So true... IP: Logged |
