This week my doc had me going for a very thorough ultrasound - which I go back next week to discuss the results with.

Today I did a 2.5 hour lactose tolerance test to see if I am or not. They poked me 5 times....Next week they test my stomach acids and I go off of prevacid for a few days.

I am fearing the worst but god knows what I have or what is ailing me at this time.

I feel nauseous all the time and I need a daily nap. I feel so tired and my body feels so dense.

My Solar Plexus chakra is blocked and this would explain to me what is up. I have been listening to Charka vids from Youtube and taking walks in nature to get in touch with the Earth energy - tonight I was wonderful and I saw all of the 4 elements on my walk....a nice cool breeze blew my hair around while I looked at the sun set and the shadows cast in the resevoir. The trees swayed in the winds and my baby smiled.
