It seems to me that one factor in particular has to present, or missing, depends on your POV

Pantysgawn Cheesecake with Summer Fruits & Black Mountain Liqueur

This mild goat's cheese is the perfect style for a cheesecake that bursts with the natural flavour. The sweetness of the summer fruits and the slight astringency of the cheese combine beautifully.

Serves 8

Ingredients

Base

250g/9oz 'Jordans' cereal with
Strawberries or raspberries
or use digestive biscuits or a good museli as a base
75g/3oz melted butter
1 tablespoon Welsh runny honey

Filling

450g/1lb plain 'Pantysgawn' goats cheese
300ml/½ pint double cream
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoon Welsh runny honey
3 drops vanilla essence

Topping

700g/1lb9oz mixed fresh summer berries
Strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, red currants, blueberries, loganberries etc
150ml/¼ Black Mountain liqueur
75g/3oz caster sugar
Mint leaves for garnishing

No Bake
