i was on the phone today and one of the other offices who always uses the speakerphone ...which i hate... had me on the speaker phone... i usually say something embarrasing so they will pick it up in a hurry,...well today i said, so, did you tell your husband about the pregnancy? and she said, yeah, i told him last night.

WHAT!

seriously, i was just trying to get her to pick up the phone, i had no idea she took a pregnancy test yesterday!

I had a meeting last week and had to leave a meeting to attend to it.

I excused myself and explained that I had another meeting to go to.

My colleague said "Yeah - down at the Ox Tavern"

She was right!! I had to admit that "Yes, I am going to the Tavern, but it is for a business meeting - I promise"

(PS. I never go to Taverns usually).
