I like her natural looks not her super s!lut looks. I am a bit confused at an attractive woman thinking she needs to trick people into thinking she is good looking... am I missing something here? ------------------ Everyone is a teacher... man, her voice was hard to listen too... I have a friend who is a make-up artist so I can appreciate the artform. Some people really look so much better with make-up. Not that they are ugly without it, but it helps bring out their features. Then some don't know how to apply it, is all and it looks goofy. I only wear eye make up - love getting artistic on my lids! Yes, that's ridiculous. Everyone is attractive in their own particular way. No tricks needed. I like applying make up, in as much as I'd like drawing something tasteful. But there's a difference between liking something/doing it for fun or relaxation --- and thinking it is a -requirement- to hide your "hideousness". quote: This was meant to be parody...
It was funny as a parody.. lol I hope she doesn't actually feel that way. IP: Logged |

I have to confess that I draw my eyebrows on because you can't see them they are so thin....lolBut that caked up barbie look? bleh. A couple of my friends have that look, I like to get a good wash cloth and cleanser to scrub their face so I can see what they look like, "ah there's beauty, now I'll teach you how to control that brush." I can hardly see their eyes half the time, such gorgeous eyes! IP: Logged |

Looked like a self-mocking parody to me.In other words, she really does that, and probably is a stripper and does cry over her master's degree. And she's indulging in some humorous self-pity/self-mockery. It made me kind of sad. She seems funny and probably a nice person. IP: Logged |

She actually does some modeling work, but she's not famous or anything. Her other videos are hilarious too.Meh, it's the truth. The lengths women go through to be deemed "attractive" or "worthy enough" is often ridiculous. I don't bother with most of it, I'm too lazy to put on make up or do my hair most days. IP: Logged |

WOW, I am waaaaay too lazy to do all that stuff! I don't know what fake eyelashes even feel like, but it seems like they would be annoying. And I would screw up the drawing of eyebrows on. Royally.Sometimes I go to work with my hair in two braids straight from the shower, with no makeup on, and holey jeans. And I DO work in the tipping industry!! lol. IP: Logged |

The age old remedy for the initial question is to ply them with alcohol. That said, I don't drink. And I don't wear make-up generally. I do volunteer work and every now and then I get asked to do some paid work so I'll "tart up" as I call it and wear a nice dress and some make-up which basically consists of mascara and lip gloss. I think women wearing too much make-up to impress other people is false advertising - particularly in the dating game. IP: Logged |

LOL Gyps. This theory equally applies to guys. Ever noticed how the uber-good-looking ones can't string two words together? Damn! I'll take the conversation over the looks. IP: Logged |
