I just wanted to take a moment and tell you that I think you're a wonderful person, and beautiful soul. Thanks for being here! And the offer of teacher for your girlie is open

You need this picture too, but I can't post it, so you'll need to go to the website.

Thank you so much. ♥ I haven't been to LL in a while because things are going tough for a while in my life. Thank you for the positive thoughts and wishes.
Much love,

It's not too bad, just extremely stressful. My car broke on the interstate (near one of the bridges going across the Mississippi River) on Friday on the way to work and since I don't have a cell phone thus began my stressful journey... passing milestones such as the death of my car (funeral today at 6:30 when I say goodbye to her... and weirdly just up the hill from the cemetery of my friend from the Saturn/Memories Soul Union thread) after trying to save her (spending MONEY!!!) and finding out there was no hope without $1,000 repair so being advised to just get a used $1,000 car (my old one was a 96 Buick) if $1,000 was all I could spend. So, losing the $500 cushion I was hoping to keep in savings if I ever had a problem paying rent again or other emergency is gone as fast as the income tax check came in. And the other big plans for an office desk chair instead of this silly old desk chair with the broken back etc or other minor "luxuries" like the new work clothes and SHOES I had been dreaming of gone as well... which just adds some depression to the deep disappointment I have from not having the savings cushion I had been so relieved to have.
So, I've kind of blown a gasket (HAR HAR HAR I didn't even try for that pun, I just noticed it fit after I wrote it hehe) lately emotionally... held it all together and was surprisingly positive Friday but lost it yesterday after the car I bought lost brakes. Turns out it's just a brake line and will be fixed tonight... meanwhile just getting tons of tolerant help from mechanic guys I've met and remembering/realizing how good people really are...
just so tired though. Resting this weekend. ♥

Oh that sounds SO frustrating! I hate it when your car goes kaput Then the new one has problems right away. Ugg. That happened to us once too, and one of us was driving a toddler somewhere.

Sprinkling this post with some magic and Money Fairies to come your direction.

Hate cars...sometimes.

Been meaning to ask you about reality tv, though. Let me know if you wanna chat.

Yes, mine needs repairing too, but I'm enjoying walking places and am considering giving up my car altogether for a number of reasons now.

I've been without a car for nearly two years. Was curious if I could do it. I can. I am planning on getting one now, however. Even when I do, I hope to continue not using it for the most part. They're too much of an annoyance.

That's great AG! I agree, they are a big hassle and may be swapping for a bicycle soon. I'm not in town now, but can always find alternative ways to get where i need to go - where a bike wont take me.
