Has anyone seen it? Its a movie from 1980 starring 'Superman' Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour. Themes are Soulmates and Past Life Hypnotic Regression.
Those who did see it, any special resonance?
They dont make movies like this anymore.

I saw it a long time ago IQ (showing some age  ). Another one with a soulmate theme that I absolutely love is Chances Are with Robert Downey Jr.IP: Logged |

Oh, another favourite - The Ghost and Mrs Muir with Rex Harrison. I saw this movie when I was quite young and it has always stuck in my mind. Even though I was little I always remember how moved I was by it and how beautiful I thought then it was (and still now).IP: Logged |

I LOVE that movie. I think I was 6 when it came out, and I watched it on TV, when they put it on the TV. I was transfixed, and it really touched me in a deep way, though I didn't understand it at the time, being only 6, and not having anyone explain these metaphysical concepts to me.I just remember KNOWING that it was true, and that people love, across lifetimes. The scene where he gets to the beach, and finally meets her in person, and she says, "Is it you?" "Yes," is his simple reply. They are both staring at each other, transfixed. Then the remembering moment passes, and they feel awkward. I love this movie  IP: Logged |

the lake house - the sandra bullock one, with keanu reeves...then there is also truly, madly, deeply, a british film starring alan rickman and juliet ----(can't remember her bloody name) about a musician couple, he dies but his spirit stays so tangibly that she really has trouble telling if he is flesh and blood or just spirit. in the end she lets him move on... and Premonition both starred her.
Both had time flux/psychic/love themes.------------------

I love Sandra. She is not the most brilliant actress, though she got her Oscar finally this year for The Blind Side. But there is something really appealing in her. Leo/Aqua that she is...IP: Logged |
