I'm fairly sensitive to feelings and atmospheres (somewhat empathic- can control it to an extent so it doesn't always overwhelm me...but can do in some situations). I occasionally get subtle intuitive feelings about something, (I think everyone has this in some way though) which I have over time been working on getting better at recognizing, very gradually. I was watching "psychic kids" on bio channel just now, and thought it would be interesting to see how many people on LL have a psychic gift of some sort, seeming as this sort of forum is probably likely to attract a fair amount of people who have something or other. I have never been wrong on this--so far. If someone tells me about a physical problem--I can tell if it is serious or not.I feel a sense of lightness or heaviness inside. That tells me if it is serious or not.
It must be like a form of being a medical intuitive.

Wow! I was going to post a thread tonight about psychic abilities!!!! hehehehe, just kidding!My partner and I seem to be on the same wave length a lot, esp lately. I think I tend to be like that with other Leos. There could be a scientific explanation to being sensitive to the atmosphere and other peoples feelings. Being electromagnetic beings, we must be able to pick up other peoples energy. It just makes scientific sense!!! IP: Logged |

Listens,I made a thread like this a few years ago, I think it is in Universal Codes. I can see truth. I can feel truth. Phone rings and I know who it is. More accurate on the home phone than on the cell phone (if the # isn't shown) I get premonitions if something bad is going to happen to someone.  Dreamed of famous people in the past and now I have a direct connection to some, so direct in fact, one read my e-mail that I sent to a mutual friend. Dream of friends, dream of events, dream of circumstances that happen ahead of time.......... ALWAYS think of people randomly and then either run into them or they call. This one is really weird: I will think of a certain movie sometime during the daytime, then that evening I will turn on the TV and that movie will be on! This has happened SO many times. One ability I WANT is telekinesis. I've dreamed that I am telekinetic my entire life, and in my dreams it just feels so real. I even wrote to Uri Geller once and he wrote back and told me to use my talents & energy trying to help the world. IP: Logged |

I experience this sometimes!  Or I dream of something really insignificant and trivial (but uncanny) that will come up on the tv the next day! I mentioned this to somebody the other day. I wanted to be telekinetic as a kid too, but not with as much passion as you- I didn't dream about it or anything (as you know, I did dream similarly about levitation/ flying though). I just heard something about telekinesis (may have been because I saw something about Uri Geller on tv), and wondered if I could achieve it if I practiced. But I never figured out the knack. You just triggered a memory from last night......when I was falling asleep I was thinking, why can't we levitate? I was imagining my body lifting, rising up towards the ceiling, and was thinking about when we were little and we used to do finger lifting "light as a feather, stiff as a board"........And I actually FELT myself rising up, and wondered, why can't we just do it by thinking about it? I was watching Chris Angel the other night. Does anyone beleive that he can actually levitate people? Not sure if I do...crazy stuff.I'm not psychic by any means but I will have a song in my head and turn on the radio and bam there it is lol. IP: Logged |
