Dear Pire
You can always talk to me on msn or by email.
You probably know my son died.

I am a Bible believer. The night the police came, I raised my hands to the sky and started praying.
I was so grateful to have a God and one I knew was there--even when I could not feel Him.

In the coming days, I had supernatural things happen.
One night, I felt a breeze over me . The window was closed.
I believe it was God.

I have had many supernatural experiences.
Sometimes ,when I listen to God music, I can almost see and feel my son and his hand reaching down and touching mine.
He can only stay for a short time. Then, I see him turn around and walk back.
It is the same every time. He wears the same clothes . He only stays a short time like he does not want/can't linger.
I think he comes on an errand of mercy and is only allowed to stay a short time.
At the beginning, I asked him to stay longer but he did not seem to answer or was not able to.

I am here in any way I can.
Here is another thing and a VERY important one.
Tears are the vehicle for healing. Don't stop them, allow them, even encourage them.
I believe tears were put there for the exact purpose of allowing grief a route OUT of our body/mind.
I am GLAD you reached out.
Keep doing that.
You need to in order to save your life.
You are worth saving!

Ami

These days I am in the depths of despair always....

What gets me through is knowing the Universe is a divine and orderd place, and that God knows exactly what she is doing...

Some would call faith.

Taking it day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute.

My fav authors (Dyer and Osho) have helped tremendously.

Having a strong spiritual side.

Knowing that on some level I chose this to learn from.

blessings

t~~~

pire, you are here!!

when young you get through suffering whatever way you can. after a while you start to realize that no matter how bad it was, you survived. when under long drawnout stress getting your "head down" and taking care of business, one thing at a time.

meditating. listening to beautiful sometimes sad music. walking in the beautiful countryside, the beach, mountains, rivers...

sending love hugs and kisses mon ami..

Pire, I'm so sorry if you are having a difficult time right now. The main thing that keeps me going through difficulties is faith in myself and certainty that nothing is permanent, including pain and sadness. Take care and be kind and patient with yourself.

Faith that things will improve.

Daily responsibilities that took my mind off things.

People I care about who I needed to be strong for.

Your own experience of having already faced pain and that you are still standing, that you can survive. You look around and you see people smiling and being happy and know that it's possible for you too. You have a good support base, people you can talk to and listen to. When people know you are in pain they share their experiences and the knowledge that they too are survivors can give you strength.

Having faith that things will get better.
Acknowledging and accepting the pain.
Seeking and taking support when you need it.
Routine work to keep you moving through the minutes, hours and days.

What doesn't kill us makes us stronger.

Are you still in Brittany?

Sometimes just saying to yourself I can get through this minute, this hour, this day. Then when you get through that one, say it again. Eventually it's time to go to sleep.

It does pass. Really it does. Even though it might seem there's no light, and no way out of the H3ll you're in. It does pass.

know without a doubt that you are loved. even when you don't see it. you are loved. close your eyes and feel accepting all encompassing pure love. nothing can stand against that for long.

blessings to you dear pire. i remember a lot of things pire. and i know what a kind generous person you are. this will pass and you will come out better than ever. i just know it. if i was ever in any kind of battle, i know you are one of the people i would want in my corner, on my side. i think that highly of you.
