Someone emailed this to me and I loved it and had to share..

The Clock

The Universe doesn't give you the people you want; It gives you the people you NEED... to help you, to hurt you, to leave you, to love you and to make you into the person you were meant to be.

I LOVE YOU!!!!!

One Flaw In Women

Women have strengths that amaze men....

They bear hardships and they carry burdens,

but they hold happiness, love and joy.

They smile when they want to scream.

They sing when they want to cry.

They cry when they are happy

and laugh when they are nervous.

They fight for what they believe in..

They stand up to injustice.

They don't take "no" for an answer

when they believe there is a better solution.

They go without so their family can have.

They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.

They love unconditionally.

They cry when their children excel

and cheer when their friends get awards.

They are happy when they hear about

a birth or a wedding.

Their hearts break when a friend dies.

They grieve at the loss of a family member,

yet they are strong when they

think there is no strength left.

They know that a hug and a kiss

can heal a broken heart.

Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors.

They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you

to show how much they care about you.

The heart of a woman is what

makes the world keep turning.

They bring joy, hope and love.

They have compassion and ideas.

They give moral support to their

family and friends.

Women have vital things to say

and everything to give..

HOWEVER, IF THERE IS ONE FLAW IN WOMEN,

IT IS THAT THEY FORGET THEIR WORTH.

Well....some men are like that too.
Women and men can both breakdown and or be strong, it depends on circumstances.
But then I am a man and a woman.
If more boys were raised to not have to be all stereotypically all boy and macho, perhaps the world would be a better place.
It is sad that boys are rarely raised to just be allowed to become what they will be naturally.

LEXX is awesome

My 16 yr old autistic boy has had me puzzled from birth. He has 3 nipples and loved anything my daughter loved. More feminine traits than not. His brother and sister (the twins) used to tease him and call him Erica. His name is Eric btw.
But I always wondered if he had a twin that maybe didn't make it in the womb...

Lexx, I don't have time to read those, I am at work. And yes, it is correct that I did not know. But I do have a Biology degree so I know what those terms mean.

Thank you dear.

Your son sounds like a sweet fellow.
Sad he is afflicted.

Yes, he might be a surviving twin.
One of my siblings has three nipples also..
Our mother was with twins but one disappeared whilst they were in utero.
It was thought the surviving twin absorbed him.

LEXX, Yes, that's what I think happened with Eric. I'm guessing here but I did have twins with the pregnancy before him, so he could have absorbed the other twin. I wonder if there's a way of confirming that...? But yes, he is a sweet kid :-D

lead two incomplete lives
neither here nor there
when I can be
myself...
