This is a very old school egyptian belly dance song (sorry, no dancer provided!) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vuFYi6mu-Ns And this is a compilation of egyptian belly dancing in egyptian movies from the 50s... same song LOL! They play this compilation in egypt every night before they run one of the black and white movies. I love it, it's campy and awesome and always puts a smile on my face: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LA4KgrHkgeY PS - my great aunt is in one of those shots PPS - it is VERY hard to find authentic and GOOD belly dancers these days. Anywhere. I see a million videos on youtube but none are even remotely as amazing as what used to be. And even the 'serious' belly dancers are either too serious (belly dancers do NOT take themselves seriously) or not well-trained (but they respect the moves) or just have no sense of rhythm (O horror of horrors!!!). Or they are trying too hard, which again, is complete sin.
