Nicki, it was. bears, you are absolutely right, but i was specifically curious about misunderstandings on a communication-mind sense, rather than emotional behaviour sense. that kind of misunderstanding is about who we are, and most certainly a huge factor into why people can't understand eachother. because peoples moons or suns as well misunderstanding eachother will not understand why one mutual thing made them react emotionally the way they did in comparison to ones own reaction to the thing in question.
but as i said, in this case i was curious specifically about the communication part - understanding eachothers communication rather than understanding eachother (if that makes sense). IP: Logged |

I see your point Letram and I have often wondered about the same thing. However, I think that emotions, for some, have a big thing to do with it. For example, I said I have Mercury in Capricorn (Mercury is my chart ruler- Virgo and I also have ASC conjunct Pluto, very heavy placement). In my chart Mercury forms a very tight square with Uranus in Libra (also in the 1st house) and Moon in Aries (in the 7th house). Sometimes when I speak my emotions are tied but I can also go off half-cocked (Uranus opposing Moon squaring Mercury). When I am composed or when I just sit back and don't speak, things work out better for me. If I finally do speak but after thought, I am also okay. However, caught off guard or if something I read puts me off, then my response (Mercury) is clouded by the square to the Moon (because all aspects will vibrate on some level) and the words just pour out like a bolt of lightening (Uranus). Mercury in Capricorn should be cool and calculated, especially when it rules the chart of a Virgo rising. Then again, Capricorn is also very abrupt and can come across as cold (my Dad is a Cappy with Mercury in Cap as well).
I think you are definitely on the right track and it is very interesting to see other Knowflakes placements IP: Logged |
