I jacked this idea, but I thought it was a great one. So, who would you award and why? Only one award nominee allowed per Knowflake (but the same Knowflake can receive multiple awards). I want to think about mine a while.

I have to choose Lalalinda if the rules are I must pick one, only.
If things are out of control, she comes in with grace .
Everyone feels better even the ones she chastises lol.
They still feel accepted and loved.
She knows words that calm pain.
She is strong yet gentle.
She inspires you!!
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your world, Lala, in the small way I am.

PS There was one fight with Pdf, Teasel, Nicki and I.
Pdf was doing his thing lol
Teasel called Lala to shut down the thread.
I remember Lala telling Pdf,"Be nice to your Sisters if you want to play"
That was so sweet and so warm.
No one felt shamed or turned away.
That is an example of what I mean.

That's a fancy idea Randall! I too have to think on mine but have a few in mind. So many deserve a pat on the back and an award, it's going to be tough to choose!!!

Hmmm....

I would elect Ami Anne for "The Most 8th House, Gut-Wrenching Honesty" on the lindaland forum.

I would elect LEXX for "The Beautiful and Graceful Survivor" award

I would elect FrozenQueen for "The Most Transformed From The Inside-Out" award

I would elect Randall for "The Rock" award... haha, seriously

I would elect AbsintheDragonfly for "The Greatest Alchemist" award

I would elect Katatonic for "The Best Educated Reformer" award

I would elect NickiG for "The Best Exhibitionist" award... haha

I would elect Juniperb for "The Best Peace Catalyst" award

To be continued...

Yes, Welcome Falconrider.

He's my husband and we had a play-scuffle over his posting in here, he's in a silly mood and I had to edit his post lol... I even unplugged the computer. He thinks it's funny to embarrass me.... I shouldn't have let him register.

Carry on....

I can't stop thinking about LEXX!

My vote is for her.

Lexx has touched me many times this year- Her respect, compassion, strength is more than enough to be admired. Her willingness to extend compassion to others tingles my heart, and she is never 'too busy' to help out. Her honesty and her way of undoing shame is what I have most appreciated. I love her! I can go on and on...of course!
She is quick to forgive also, and doesn't hold grudges... she is totally open and patient with people.... oh I just Love her!

Thank you Lexx.

I'm going to have to go with Juniperb for Peacekeeper Award. She's as close to a Lindaland Diplomat that we have.

EDIT: This is difficult without categories. Are we to make up our own? Because I would like to nominate several if there are multiple categories. Or, if it is just one overall "Best of LL 2010" award, that is different, and I'll have to think on my choice.

Yep, just one, but you can create the category.

I vote PS as the most deviant, poisonous satanic person on planet earth.

I'm sure she will appreciate this award.

I vote Ami as the most psychologically disturbed. I believe an award would inspire her to get much needed help.

I believe Randall should get the main prize as the most underhanded, manipulative Capricorn.

You make all of us look like gods.

Nobody could ever replace you!

I would also like to take this opportunity to vote for an award for the red heart brigade "Best a$$ kissers of LL"

You inspire me to become a better person with your endless heart emoticons and sincere love you share.

Peace x
