*Warning, some profanity in the comments section*

Well, who is the biggest surprise? And who looks better than their young selves?

I think Bruce Springsteen looks great.
Pat Benetar and Joan Jett look absolutely gorgeous!

woah- did david lee roth have his eyebrows done? i think he's sexier, older, but i'm not sure if those are 'enhanced' eyebrows.

they coulda picked a more flattering pic for patti smith. jeez.. (i her)

stevie nicks is radiant.. but none too wrinkled for her age. hmm.

annie lennox is LOVELY..

haha for some reason scrolling down all these giant hairdos is cracking me up big time.

I love the giant hair, Woah. I had it!

I think Bob Dylan and Neil Young maybe haven't had it so well, or maybe too hard of partying, but I like that they are natural, some of the other ones are looking a little spacey.

I noticed that eyebrow thing with several of them. Then I remembered something I read once about eyebrows thinning out as you age. Not that that explains raised ones, lol, but some ppl, like Robert Plant have seem to have lost their brows!

Look at Jon Bon Jovi, he has lost his chest hair, or he waxes it, not sure which!

yeah big hair is fun. it's a little before my time but ALL of my cousins sported the big hairdo metal look when i was a kid.

well if head hair thins, i'm sure eyebrows do too! i like the natural graceful-aging thing too. it stands out more when you try to hold on to your youth and in my opinion makes you look older.

cool link!

I'll always love Debbie Harry and her platinum hair is kickin. great pic And she's a Cancer?? Always seemed like a Leo to me!

Looks like Stevie Nicks had botox or some such, but she is still tops for me Love her to death.

Patti Smith looks so natural and her skin is glowing, lovely.

IggyPop's chest is..frightening. Eddie van Halen looks so adorable, he can sneak into my bed anytime.

Bono is gorgeous, I don't care what anyone says about his politics, must be my Moon/Venus on his Asc, he is lovely.

It's funny how Bruce Springsteen now looks like Scott Baio.

POPCORN! You are a Bruce fan? How awesome! Me too. And you are right, he loves what he does and gives so much at his shows.

I was fortunate to grow up in the great state of New Jersey, and got to see him play in Taverns on the boardwalk when I was just a kid.

In 1979, or 80, New Jersey made his song, "Born To Run," the state anthem. I still have the news paper clipping.

I was going to say to Popcorn that Bruce's draw is simply his happiness. I haven't seen his shows live myself, but what I've seen on tv makes it look like a religious experience.

I also saw him inducting U2 into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, and he's a witty, gracious man it seems. The kind of guy you'd want in your corner.

I saw Bruce Springstein as he slowly walked by me at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in NYC exactly a year ago. He was almost unrecognizable because he was wearing a white t-shirt under a mint green velour blazer. It was a very "new-age" look and the only whiskers he had was the soul patch under his lip. Several other people saw him as he walked by and we all looked at each other and said, "Was that really Bruce Springstein? He looks incredible!" His energy was wide open because of the colors he was wearing. I think we're all used to seeing him in black or brown leather, more of a strong "earthy" look from him, but he looked so airy and open yet incredibly masculine. His face was sooo open, I'll never forget it.

This was at the Sting Winter Songs concert at the Cathedral, an amazing show, and no one bothered Bruce because it was as if he was disquised as himself, looking like a new-age guru, and very masculine. He looked like he had put on a brand new baby soul or something.

now sting also looks great, though i have to admit i haven't seen him in a year or so it may have all gone south...steve winwood looks almost exactly the same as he did 40 years ago...the list is endless actually.

as to hot. how bout john lee hooker? no longer with us but at 83 he showed them ALL up...which reminds me of bonnie raitt who is still fabulous...

I thought Iggy Pop was better looking now then before. Yes to the scary chest comment, but when you are older, and your skin is thin, that heavy work out shows differently. (think of Madonna)

Notice the Aquas age nicely. Even Alice Cooper doesn't look too bad.
