I'm a bit of a Food Network junkie. I used to want to be a chef. I was actually in a chef competition in high school and we got second place. One of the judges was Wolfgang Puck...

But anyway.. I watch America's Worst Cooks, Chopped, Iron Chef America, Mission Impossible, etc, etc lol.
If I'm not watching any of them it's Walking Dead, some shows on Travel Channel, History Channel.. and there's a show on Animal Planet and I think it's called The Haunting...? It's on Sunday's.
Of course the shows I watch with my 11 yr old like Johny Test, Ben 10 or Spongebob...a couple others too.

Does anyone watch "V"?

The Cape starts Sunday at 9 pm EST on NBC (two-hours).

Randall, I LOVE Chopped! Remember the guy that kept pushing his sweaty hair away from his face while cooking the food? Then Alexandra Guarnaschelli got a long hair in her dish? Ugh, I thought the judges had it easy up until that point Would still love to do that job though!

My favorite shows are old 90210 and Felicity Episodes. Chopped, Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, No Reservations with Anthony Bourdain (he's sexy)and Fringe

Yes, I saw the hair episode. He pulled it back, but it still fell in his face again. Epic! I catch Chopped at all kinds of weird hours, but at least now there's a new episode on every Tuesday at 10 pm EST.

Yeah, Season 2 of V was very interesting. Red Sky is changing the humans, so the lizards can breed with them. The Queen's daughter is the only thing that can save them. Plus, the Queen is losing her mind. They should overrule her, but after she killed that one lizard with her tail, I doubt anyone will challenge her. Can't wait to see what her mom has to do with things next week! We watch a lot of the same programs, WL!

Currently:

Chuck
Castle (best theme song easy)
Psych (!) (I tend to like USA's shows in general)
Mad Men
Community
The Mentalist

I just started watching the first season of Dexter. (Just got NetFlix.) What a fascinating concept. I wonder if they have Breaking Bad. I'd like to watch that.

I have a feeling I'll like the upcoming show The Cape. ABC took the superhero theme in the wrong direction with An Ordinary Family. Hopefully NBC will be better, and really...I hope The Cape exceeds Heroes, because while I liked Heroes the season finales were almost always let downs.

I love shows that make you think. Too many programs out there these days that dumb down society. My son likes this cartoon called Invader Zim which I HATE for that reason alone. C'mon give our kids at least a little credit.

For Chopped...it's amazing how immature some of those chef's are when they lose. Throw down your apron on the way out and stomp and cry like a 5 yr old on television...yeah, that'll teach em lol.

@ Glaucus, I used to watch them to, don't you feel like they were better in the 90's than now? Maybe because I lost track of everyone.

Glaucus, it's a bit of a shock that you watch soaps. In fact, I think many of us would have guessed that you don't watch tv at all. Glad that you're human. I am impatiently waiting for Smallville and Supernatural to start back this month. Wink, I'm also shocked at how the chefs talk back to the judges when presenting their dishes. Are they crazy!?! AG, Heroes was awesome! I liked how Sylar went back and forth from good to evil. Lots of twists and turns in that show.

I would have to agree with that. Glaucus is always so serious...and he watches ABC soaps...but I understand that a man has to watch his Secret Life of the American Teenager and Greek.

I agree. Loved the show. I was only disappointed when the big finales would come up, and they'd be a bit of a let down. All the stories they'd weave together were interesting, though. The Patrelli family had great drama, too.

AG and Glaucus, your lists mirror mine. Add in Glee, Modern Family, Cougar Town and Parks and Rec.

Older shows, Buffy and Charmed.

AG, did you see The Cape? It starts on the 17th on its regular day (Mondays) at 9. Being Human comes on at that time on SyFy. Gonna have to record one.
