The Miracle Noodle

So has anyone tried these and where in America can I get them?

Lexx,

They do not taste exactly like spaghetti, but they do not taste like they have zero calories either. I got them last night and put them in a bowl and poured some homemade chicken broth over it. I ate that with one drumstick about 8:30pm and I still feel full!

I did get gas from it, but thats because it is ALL fiber!

If you do order, dont order from the site as they don't give you the option of buying just one or two packs, it must be a minimum of 10 :/

I got mine from http://www.lindasdietdelites.com.

Hey Lexx,

Got these from Whole Foods a few months ago. They were just 'meh', but certainly if you're looking to fill up in order to lose weight, it's worth trying.

If you haven't found them yet, please post and I'll let you know where in your neck of the woods you might be able to find them.

The good thing about them is they have absolutely no taste and absorb whatever sauce, broth, or seasonings you put on them.

I find that they stall my weightloss, thuogh

PRolly because I needed to #2 (sorry) because the noodles are 100% fiber!

Eat that and drink diet soda and you're set!!! LOL

But seriously, that is kind of good- I really can't see anything wrong with the ingredient.
Sounds like a good solution for people who need the help, I would throw it in an asian style salad- might try it out- as I have a few stubborn kilos.
ooh

there's a rice version too

I hope the calcium additive is ok

She's not just looking at it; she's interacting with it…I’m seeing how the act of relating to a flower appears to be so simple. Yet, it takes a tremendous amount of courage to make such a “simple” act important. Now, the lotus is floating away.”

SunChild,

It's funny you say that because they talk about how its best in asian dishes. I had some tonight with a lil sugar free tomato sauce.

I used to be a diet soda addict, then I realized I drink all this damned diet soda yet I'm not skinny! LoL so I cut it. Now I drink water with fresh lemon or lime with Stevia (Truvia)

I saw your weight-loss thread LEXX!

I'm not too in favour of these artificial zero-cal stuff but if it works for you then it's cool with me. Just check with someone if it won't complicate your IBS or cause any other side-effect. If it's okay then GO FOR IT! YOU DESERVE NOTHING LESSER!

It isn't artificial. It's 100% natural made from a soluble fiber called Konjac-Mannan
