I'll enjoy the intelligence compliment if it comes at the end of my saying something brilliant. That is a satisfying compliment, especially if it's from someone who was previously unaware of my intelligence.Otherwise, compliments on looks are always nice. IP: Logged |

Neither - compliments make me really uncomfortable if they're about my looks (as in, I blush) or my intelligence. If it's a compliment for a job well done, that's another thing entirely - that I'll accept with a smile. Maybe it's the 6th house Cancer moon. If it's a compliment about my son, I just say "I know", sounding like I'm pretty arrogant. Can't help it, though, he's a pretty good specimen! IP: Logged |

gimme a bit of it all baby.They can compliment my ability to babyspeak to a puppy and my Leo Rising is luminous.
That said: Intelligence. I love when people compliment my looks but my intellect is always more special. Because if I were in a disfiguring accident, the impermanence of looks would be apparent, and the endless applications of wit and intelligence would be foremost.

I rather be complemented on looks..when people tell me i'm smart i just roll my eyes because I don't believe them.You can never be too smart and there is always room for improvement.I'd never admit to being smart,because i'll never know everything.IP: Logged |
