Drove my family nuts singing that to the top of my lungs for about a year. I really love KD Lang's voice..

AAACCCKKK! That made my spine tingle in the bad way! OOhh, how did I miss that when it aired, actually, kinda glad that I did! lololololol! I'm gonna show the kids, and see if they prefer MY version so I can go back to singing it.. it's a great singing while driving song, but you gotta watch the stop lights, you know when you are really letting it rip, and the whole car load of people stopped next to you are pointing at you and cracking up? Ah well, cheap entertainment! KD lang isn't for everyone. She's kind of an acquired taste. Scorp sun, Virgo Moon/Asc. Anyway, here is her doing a Neil Young song.. some people like to be exposed to new (or new to them) artists by hearing something that they are already familiar with.

I'm so bad for laughing at that poor guy.I watched KD Lang's videos. She has a beautiful, comforting and motherly voice and I'm interested in hearing more! Forgive me for saying this, but I judged her by appearance thinking she'd sound hard and manly :/ My ignorance lead me to miss out on a great artist. I love the very tail end of Helpless and the beautiful finish. Great voice. Soft but rustic. Thanks for sharing that with me IP: Logged |

My pleasure. Alot of people have thought she'd be quite different b/c of her appearance, so don't apologize, you certainly aren't alone!
She's a very cool lady. I had a quick look at her chart, I kept thinking she must have something in Libra to draw my Moon to her so strongly.. she does, Venus and Mercury!

I like all three. I enjoyed watching her dance in the first link, but the song Save Me is still in my head.She is different. Eccentric and not from this planet. I think Julia Child or Albert Einstein. Brilliant and beautifully different.

Eclipse is good. I will have to rewatch it and listen to the song at the end. But New Moon is my fave of the three.------------------
