Ok not a good day today... I feel bad but at the same time, I have to do it... I had to suspend an employee pending investigation today... Basically its a termination, but you cant really terminate until you have a final paycheck.. So once I receive the check then I will call that person, and set up another meeting, and then do a term... To be honest.. I dont really fancy her... She's a cry baby and wines over ever little thing... But I DO feel bad for her..
No matter what I dont like doing it.. Its not personal at all.. She has been given chance after chance.. I even have suspended her and gave her final warnings on the same subject... Yet she still doesnt get it!!
Then she's shocked when she gets caught..
Asking when extactly will I be able to come back to work! :O ... I told her its depending on the investigation.. BUT what I really wanted to say is COME ON!! how many times have I sat here and had this SAME conversation with you!
You wanna know "when" you can come back.. Seriously! When are you going to catch on?? This is not going to fly!! This is stopping right here and now... Im done having these conversations.. Well even if it doesnt seem like I feel bad I do.. Im just really annoyed, that this has to keep happening, and that I actually have to fire someone to prove its not acceptable.. It's not your responsibility to make them learn 
If they don't get it, get rid of them. Maybe when this is repeated for her later, something will hit home.

Well I had to terminate her today.. Humm I cant explain, what she did w/o giving to much info... Basically she use company property for personal use... Doesnt sound bad... but its a VERY BIG deal... The "property" is our product.. IP: Logged |
