AcousticGod, of course I'd go out to dinner with you. Unfortunately, I'm not in California often enough But, when I am... we will take a bite of that heart-shaped steak, I promise you. Haha. IP: Logged |

"It defies all logic," Commerce Secretary Gary Locke said of the company's gift bouquets. "These things are like six pounds of cantaloupe—who could possibly eat that much? And they're already cut up, so you have to eat them quick or throw the whole thing out. For Christ's sake, Americans don't even eat fruit." IP: Logged |

I eat my steak rare if it's good quality. At a good steak house I will order it so that it's still cool or barely warm on the inside IP: Logged |

Whats your favorite cut? I get chuck eye cut to order. It is thick (for crunchy char grilling) and marbled just right for juicyness. When prepared right, a poor gals delmonico but tastes fit for a queen . ------------------ ~The Earth Laughs In Flowers~ ... Emerson IP: Logged |

Fillet steak, cooked well done, with pepper sauce, chips, and a few veggies.I always used to think the red rare/medium inside was blood...dripping down my face when sinking my teeth in, like a lion does when feasting on a carcass. Yum! IP: Logged |
