I don't have two people. Now i'm going to have to take it apart after all that and return it. :'( i'm tired of putting things together. and this one, i need to, but I cant. venting* IP: Logged |

lol Lioness. I've guys I could call up to come over and help, but I dont like to do that. Would rather take care of it myself. Not to mention they are now like five million miles away anyway.****** that the directions didnt indicate from the get-go that this needed two people to build and i was already halfway through it. Juni, yeah...youve been there. IP: Logged |

Hi Lei. I thought the same thing, and normally I would do that - jimmy-rig something together and make it work. but this is a drafting table and the table top needs to be able to go up and down smoothly and the base needs to be sturdy. Don't trust that I could finagle my way out of this one.LOL Lioness. I'm going to try one of my neighbors tomorrow actually. I think he's a Virgo....actually I think the other one across the street is too (he's anal about his yard), So one of them might be willing to do it. I'll offer them some money and they'll probably have it together in an hour. One of them installed the motion detector light I bought the other day and says he likes helping people out - doesnt mind, so I can probably get him to do it. Hope so. IP: Logged |
