Religious = Things we do to come to
understand or know about GOD.
Spirituality = To Experience an intimate
closeness to God or Knowing GOD

for me...well I Have experienced GOD through many small things in life- like There was a day when so many red ants that crawled onto me nearly 100s of them within few seconds and to my amazement it took almost half an hour to completely get rid of them off me..but not a single ant bit me.

I can feel his presence when it rains..and so many instances where my mind and emotions and my inner being has experienced an overwhelming feeling of joy, love,gladness and peace.
