I am coming off an very upsetting weekend. I'm not crazy about the Uranus in Aries energy. What happened on Friday night was sudden, upsetting and left me reeling.

I live in a townhouse complex and there is a park here. I was on my doorstep and there was this larger child charging at, slapping hitting and kicking a smaller child. I put my shoes on and went down to the park and broke it up. I told the bully to stop. She said they started it and I told her that it doesn't matter and if things happen like they did just to ignore the others and walk away.I only spoke to the girl. I asked her which Unit she was from.

The bully went home sad and then went across to another neighbor's place and told her that I hit her. Well that mother hit the roof and seemed to be frothing at the mouth. Now she has it in her head that the people across the street from her abuse children. Which is not the case. I have 2 kiddos of my own and I don't believe in spanking or hitting a child. There are positive ways to deal with kids.

I talked to the police and they said it was not really important, they don't do hearsay stuff. It was not an issue with Child protection and they pointed it out it was the police's dept. I reported this incident to the landlord and they will deal with it. (They have social workers that deal with stuff like this.)

I spent some time with friends and they said these days you call the cops on fighting children. I'm thinking REALLY? Game on then, if that is what I have got to do next time. The police even said that too but also said that I did the right thing.

Another friend of mine suggested that I join block watch and volunteer for the police. I am currently looking into that right now.

We live in very strange times and now I wonder how is it that one small lie can destroy the lives around them - from a kid. Well, my life is not destroyed but I'm waiting for the fallout.

I have an extremely well established and highly gossipy neighbor who I am concerned about.

C;est la vie..............life moves on!

Sad, but true.Luckly for you it was sorted out before it turned into something big.

Sorry you had to go through that, it is so sad isn't it.

There was a situation here a few months ago, where a driver was fined and issued points on to his driving licence because he ran a red stop light. He didn't actually, he just moved across the line about 1 - 2 metres to let an emergency ambulance through. He moved out of the way, then stopped. It hurt no-one, got in no-one's way yet he was still held up for it.

He took it to court, but they refused to overturn it. It was in all the papers and everything.

So now, that guy says he is not going to move out of the way of the emergency services because it costs him money and goes on his record! How ridiculous is that?! People's lives might be in danger because the paramedics can't get to them!

Crazy world! Common sense, logic and using your own judgement are outlawed these days. Everything is micro-managed by the councils, governments and social services. Bah humbug!

If I pleased you, I'm glad
If I have hurt you, will you forgive me?
If I did nothing to you, I'm sad.
