ugh.I guess that is why I have had trouble sleeping. All the aches, all the hot and cold feelings. I am sure one of the cats, one of the days, brought in a tick from the nearby swamp and it looks like it had a feast one night recently. They caught it early, in other words, but I am still sore and totally weak. This is not fun. I really really hope my luck, overall, turns around soon edit: I posted this in the wrong forum accidently. IP: Logged |

I am sorry to hear that Carl .I know you have been through a LOT ,lately. Feel better soon. My understanding is that if they catch it soon enough, it will not progress into 'true' Lymes disease.... is that right? I'm sorry you are so ill right now. I truly hope it passes quickly and you return to vibrancy asapIP: Logged |

Thanks for the well wishes!I am not sure about "true" or not. In fact, if anyone who has had it wants to talk about their exp. (was it THAT bad? did it suck royally, etc.) please feel free. I just feel light headed a lot and quite dizzy. Not sure if it is the LD or because of the anti-botics or post radiation side effects. IP: Logged |

I just know that LD can linger on in feeling tired. It may take time to feel back to your old self. You have more going on, too. Get a 3T thin cut MRI before you accept the diagnosis. Lyme disease shows up in your brain. I know because it was listed as a possibility on my report. What you're describing could just as easily be a pit or adrenal tumor creating havoc with your hormones. It could be too much cortisol, a thyroid problem, or Somatotropin deficiency. IP: Logged |
