What a talent. I am so sorry------------------
It doesn't happen all at once.You become.It takes a long time.That's why it doesn't happen often to people who break easily,or have sharp edges,or who have to be carefully kept.
Generally,by the time you are Real most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby.
But these things don't matter at all,because once you are Real you can't be ugly ,except to people who don't understand.

Can't even express my sorrow at this news; no one but me knows what she got me through with that first song I heard from her that came drifting through on the radio on a very dark and deserted CA hwy when I was feeling very discarded and scared on my way to work at midnight.I remember exactly my thoughts, "wow, who the f*** is this?!?!
Then I bought the CD, listened to it, and knew who she was--and listened again and again.
Thank you Amy, Amy, Amy, for your gift and for sharing it with us,too. Wish you could've stuck around a little longer. Kind of in shock here. I believed she'd pull out of it a bit once she realized how genius she was. Was waiting for the next set of songs from her. Damn it all! IP: Logged |

Yes, they (the media) are calling her a member of the '27' club.I call it a really bad Saturn return; or, a good one depending on your outlook I guess. geez' I hope jim, janis, jimi and brian are there with open wings. she deserves it.
Just a selfish thought, though: how many songs do we not get to hear? On the other hand,
