Maybe writing excessively on a forum and also sometimes in a bit of chatty tone is an expression of the connection between 3rd and 1st ruler?
We just have to communicate constantly, it is what we are instinctively (1st house) drawn to, and how we express ourselves.I mean it just cannot be coincidence that already 4 people have that connection! IP: Logged |

I have done many charts of LL people. It is an unusual to have R of the 3rd in the 1st.
I have seen in 6 times, I think.
Each person has a distinctive style of writing, too.------------------

Interesting. And even more interesting that we gathered here. Personally I think the writing style of a person often tells much about the person`s character, especially if the style is consistent.
In any case I think this is true if the rulers of 3rd and 1st are connected, as the communicating style is so much part of one`s personality. IP: Logged |

You mean as opposed to ruler of 3 in 1?Well, I guess with a ruler of 1st in 3rd house, your first impulse is to communicate with your environment, to share yourself (sort of) in a mental way. Communication will say a lot of t his person`s identity.
They need to speak/ write/ read/ learn/ communicate to feel like themselves.
With the ruler of 3rd in 1st house, the person`s thoughts or communication is directed to themselves. They might think a lot about their own personality, how they come across etc. And that leads to a curiosity towards other people as well, how do they "tick"?
I think both placements result in great curiosity, analytical interests/ skills and of course they probably have great hunger for communication in any form (always searching for "new input", though I think that desire might be greater with ruler of 1 in 3).
Also I think with ruler of 3 in 1, one`s p erson`s identiy is very much formed or influenced by their mental state of mind.

So, would ruler of 3rd in 1st would be more self conscious about how they appear than ruler of the 1st in the 3rd?

i haven't been making perfect sense online lately. must be a transit or something. anyway woo hoo! i don't need to start a thread to ask a question.in equal yeh i'm ruler 3rd in 1st. 3rd being cap and it's ruler saturn being in 1st but what about this? House I 00 ° 57' SCORPIO
House II 00 ° 26' SAGITTARIUS
House III 29 ° 48' SAGITTARIUS sag in third because they duplicated in placidus. jupiter is in 3rd. ruler of 3rd in 3rd? also does it become jupiter in sag instead of jupiter in cap? IP: Logged |
