Unlike Thanksgiving and Christmas, there aren't a lot of Halloween specials on tv. If you know of any, post them. There is a Chopped special Sunday the 16th at 10 pm EST on the Food Network where they have to cook an appetizer, entree, and dessert with Halloween ingredients. If you have never seen Chopped, this is a good one to watch for your first time. Because I will be watching the encore showing of The Walking Dead season 2 premiere, I will have to catch this at 1 am instead. Also, at 9 pm is Halloween Wars; the theme is zombies vs vampires...also on the Food Network (encore at midnight). IP: Logged |

The Little Vampire came on tv last night...i love that movie------------------ I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate? when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history IP: Logged |

I saw zombie apocolypse (I know I spelled that wrong, but, Oh well) and it was good! I liked the zombie one where they were on an island, I can't remember the name of it. It was just made this year for AMC.I've watched Rob Zombie's version of Halloween twice, that is a really, really good movie!! *sobs* tonight is the last night... boo, hiss. IP: Logged |

I've hardly watched anything this month - I just haven't been in the mood (although I wanted to be). I watched 30 Days of Night, and that one kept me with it, otherwise I've been feeling "meh".I'm watching Buried (Ryan Reynolds) right now, and it's getting to me more than Michael Myers might. He's been kidnapped and stuck in a coffin. He has ninety minutes to find someone to help him get out of there or he dies. IP: Logged |

We have it on DVD. Both parents refused to watch it with me - they shuddered at the idea of it. I was going to suggest a place to watch it online, but then remembered your laptop. Our laptop did the same thing - it only stays on for a minute - and my computer is still restarting. If you can get it on the desktop, then you might try letmewatchthis.com or watch-movies.ro. go for the putlocker or sockshare versions, not vidcube (my computer tells me it's a virus). IP: Logged |

Tee Hee, your Sag Mom won't watch horror? I thought we all liked that!My youngest used to be scared of movies, and the rest of the family loved them so much, she forced herself to like them, and now she's the worst of us all! She watches stuff that I cannot even stomach. Oh, my oldest went to see Paranormal Activity 3 recently, she said it was the best one. (Yes, laptop still broken, hopefully it's fixable, b/c I cannot stand this old desktop.. guess I got spoiled, but I feel claustrophobic being stuck in a corner, blah..) IP: Logged |

I know what you mean - re: being stuck in a corner. I like the size of my monitor (that I've had since 2004), it's something like 17 or 19 inches, so great for watching things on, but I don't like being stuck in one place. I used to take the laptop all over the house, and eventually outside to the garden, once I got over my own rule about not taking it outside the walls (because being out meant getting away from those distractions). Both mum and dad felt claustrophobic by the idea. I'm actually surprised that I wanted to watch it, since I can feel claustrophobic just being in the house for an extended period of time (it hardly ever occurs to me to walk around the neighbourhood, especially when it's cold outside). Being stuck in a box above or below ground = a nightmare for me. I'm afraid he isn't going to get out of there. :/ IP: Logged |

I loved Jack nickolson in ths shining "here's Johnny" But he didn't like the way any of his books were altered for any of his movies. He said at the time he was going to redo all of them IP: Logged |
