Was it a special spiritual day for you? Or just like any other day?

I for one was not meditating or waiting to be dna upgraded (lol) or doing anything 'special', I was actually in hospital recovering from being poisoned!
I was putting together a trampoline for my eldest daughter and I was handling galvanized steel and had my hands covered in zinc oxide, in the middle of putting it together I ate a piece of chocolate for energy and must have consumed the zinc and within an hour I was vomiting, diarreah, cramps, passing out, ambulance came and I got a shot plus 2 bags of iv fluid, and came home the same day. So it will be rather memorable anyway lol, also a baby nephew was born that day (joy to the world).... that baby has the most coolest birth date ever! I had prickle of energy up my spine thinking about him.

Was this day eventful for you?

Boy born at 11:11 on 11-11-11 to vet on Vets Day

MOUNT HOLLY, New Jersey (AP) — Jacob Anthony Saydeh won't have any trouble remembering precisely when he was born.
A U.S. hospital says Jacob entered the world at 11:11 a.m. on Friday — 11-11-11.
And to make the Veterans Day birth even more remarkable, the boy's mother is an Air Force veteran and his father is serving in the Air Force.
It's the second child for Staff Sgt. Christopher Saydeh and his wife, Danielle. They are a third-generation military family.

Why 11/11/11 Is Mathematically Amazing

Today's date, 11/11/11, is a once-in-a-century occurrence, adding to a November has been a very fun month for recreational mathematicians.
Last week, a rare eight-digit palindrome date — 11/02/2011, which reads the same frontward and backward — was found to have other mathematical qualities that made it a once-in-10,000-years date. Aziz Inan, a professor of electrical engineering at the University of Portland, Oregon, crunched the numbers and found that when the date was expressed as a number, 11,022,011, it has very special properties.
"It is the product of 7 squared times 11 cubed times 13 squared. That is impressive because those are three consecutive prime numbers. No other palindrome date up to A.D. 10,000 is like that," Inan said. "Not only that, if you write it out as 72 x 113 x 132, you'll notice that even the superscript power numbers — 232 — are a palindrome."
A once-in-10,000-years date is hard to top, but 11/11/11 is no slouch. Some people believe that the date 11/11/11 is a mystical day of good luck, or that 11/11/11 is a good day to make money. Inan explained that when one looks closely at the date, it too has some interesting mathematical properties.
After today, 11/11/11 will next occur 100 years down the road, on Nov. 11, 2111. Interestingly, in 2111, 11/11/11 will be followed by an eight-digit palindrome day, 11/12/2111, which is quite exciting for palindrome fans like Inan.
If you consider today's date as a number — 111,111 — you can run some additional fun math tricks, Inan explained. 111,111 can be obtained from its largest prime number factor, 37, like so: First, subtract 37 from its reverse (73) and you get 36. (Inan added that 36 is equal to the square of the sum of the digits in 111,111.)
Then, split 36 into three consecutive numbers that add up to 36 (11, 12 and 13). Then, multiply 11, 13, 37 and the reverse of 12 (21). And what comes out? You guessed it: 111,111.

yeah, I had wanted to do something special but it didn't work out... partly because I ended up under the weather and didn't want to make it worse, so I stayed in and under the blankets...

Congrats again SunChild and I sure hope you`re feeling better from the poisoning

I spent it doing paperwork "hoping" for a magic carpet ride.... but guess I have to wait until 12-21-12 for the next woo-hoo ride.

My mom came to visit me (and she's really big on numbers and stuff... she always texts everyone she knows on special dates like 10/10/10 or 9/9/99). She took me out to dinner and we saw Tommy Lee Jones. He was sitting right next to us. Apparently he's in town shooting Lincoln (with Daniel Day Lewis... have yet to see him). My first celebrity sighting.

We went an a trip to Medicine Hat. Between Strathmore and Bassano the clock was at 11:11:11 on 11/11/11 and we turned the road music off for 2 minutes and paid our respects to the veterans and the fallen soldiers. After, we had to explain to my 9 year old about what Remembrance Day (Canada) is about. I told Bugaboo that her greatgrandpa fought in WW2 back in the 40s.
