I can relate,
and with no furnace here and wearing coats, hats, gloves inside.........
I am more concerned with staying warm than the lack of Christmas presents and decor.
And I am glad my ills have not killed me off,
and the blindness from the recent mini stroke is only partial.
I have many other things to be thankful for
despite my hard circumstances and multiple woes.
Lack of presents is a small concern compared with other things lacking.
So think of your blessings and;
Hope your next Christmas is better!

But it is my brother's birthday today, so we went out to stuff our faces.
