no more shots.period no tequila.ever.no balck-outs.no more concussions ever. no more head injuries. this is all very important. not that i like hard alcohol i tend to give in to peer presure when i dont have to pay.but i end up paying for it physically. there said and done .stick to your guns girl !

I'm trying to think of specific ones to assign to months, as well as for the overall year. I haven't made any for years now, but someone mentioned making twelve changes in 2012, so I'm thinking about it... I just need to maintain motivation, and keep the stress to a minimum.

I told my mother I should have more along these lines. I never seem to get to stick to the good ones, even when I want to. Start out the new year wanting to get back into exercising? my back goes out on me, for the first time ever, and i'm stuck in bed on a heating pad, with it threatening to go out on me again whenever I so much as get on the treadmill.
