I have a lazy right eye and yes my left eye is a little larger (only I can notice) There probably was something pathologically wrong with me in childhood, I've since been trying to overcome those things and my eyesight has improved.

This is interesting!

I have a discrepancy in my eyes, not just in the size but also in elevation. My left eye is smaller and placed at a greater angle than my right eye. I have cat eyes but my left one is more tilted. I've always wondered what that signified since I read in a face reading book that unequal elevation of the eyes indicates a person capable of seeing more than one point of view so this is certainly welcome information.

So a bigger right eye would mean a bigger heart(?) and a more heart chakra energy I suppose...

I also have uneven eyes. Since noticing it on myself, I've noticed several other people with the same. My left eye appears bigger, and I believe it's because it's not sunken as deeply in as my right eye. I would consider it an effect of birth.

If left eye is will power, I guess my big left eye suggests that I've got will power to spare. I have accomplished enough to give myself the impression that I can accomplish whatever I set out to (given enough time to do it the Capricorn way).
